We strive to keep our services affordable for property owners.

Cost: $295.00 CAD until you find a tenant* which includes first applicant screening. So if you already have an interested party, we can get started right away.

Additional applicant checks after 1st included check - $49.00 CAD

Additional Terms

*Until you find a tenant* - Up to a max of 5 tenant checks (plus additional fee of $49.00CAD after first included tenant check) It is very unlikely that you would not find a suitable tenant within the first 5 applicants.

Initial Payment is immediately after engagement of services, and is refundable up to 21 days after engagement should you not have any applications to have checked in the first 21 days.
